New façade!

When the word “renovation” comes to mind, we tend to think of interior remodelling projects. However, the exterior siding of your home shouldn’t be neglected. It’s just as important to maintain as the inside!

This project in Levis involved renovating the façade and the balcony in their backyard. The client, the Lessard family, wasn’t sure which procedures and materials were best, so they decided to call RenoAssistance. From here, we found them the right Verified Contractor for their project!

Front of a newly renovated home with new siding

Modern and clean

This bungalow’s original façade was taken apart to make way for new insulation and Suretouch siding; the latest technology that facilitates masonry with an easy installation. The client selected grey stones for the bottom and white polystyrene panels for the top. This classic palette totally transformed this home’s aesthetic, giving it a more modern and clean look!

If you want to support local, investing in Suretouch panelling is one way to do it. This durable exterior siding option was created in Montreal. There’s no need to fret – your siding will protect your home for years to come! Lastly, a new door and two aluminum columns were added to complete the main entrance.

Low-maintenance deck

For the deck, our client picked out some dark grey Trex composite decking boards. With a 25-year limited warranty, these high-quality, low-maintenance, and sustainably manufactured boards are a great option for those who want something luxurious and durable.

Unlike real wood, these boards are rot, warp, and splinter proof. You also won’t have to spend time restaining your deck each year, and you’ll save money in the long run. There are so many smart options for your renovations, like the ones the Lessard family chose. And our Verified Contractors will gladly help you choose the best materials for your exterior siding project.
