Basement renovation with the addition of a beautiful modern bathroom.
The owners opted for a clean and neutral look. The use of white and grey was wise choice, as it can increase the home’s value on the long run.
The project included a new cherry wood staircase and the installation of floating wood floors in all rooms, except the bathroom. Ceramic was preferred for the new bathroom. A new ceiling, new plumbing, and new finishing were put in place for this basement renovation.
A white hanging vanity with double sinks, as well as a grey ceramic tile shower with an acrylic base and glass doors were installed in the new bathroom.
Some finishing products and materials were supplied by the homeowners and no work was done in the mechanical room.
