Having had problems with water-tightness and other structural issues, the townhouses’ co-property association (24 townhouses), got in touch with us as the problems needed to be resolved as quickly as possible. The indoor parking garage’s structure, right below the terraces, needed to be fixed. For the clients, this project resulted in many months of inconvenience as the residents’ yards/terraces were messy and the indoor parking was no longer accessible. Now that all the renovations are complete, the yards are beginning to retake their original look, and everyone is benefiting from this beautifully completed project.
