Creating a contemporary oasis

For this project, the client wanted to renovate the bathroom on the second floor of their semi-detached home. To do so, their old bathroom was completely gutted, and our Verified Contractors started with a blank canvas!

The original bathroom had very little storage and lacked functionality. Also, all of the plumbing needed to be reworked, and the small shower had to go. The client had purchased materials like the vanity and tiles beforehand, so they handed them off to the contractors for installation!

Before renovation

The bathroom needed a bit of work to make it more aesthetic and functional. To start, the walls were painted bright white to complement the beautiful patterned floor tiles. A wooden vanity with a neutral countertop was added to give the space that modern feel. After the bathroom renovation was complete, the clients were able to enjoy their stunning new personal spa!

Tones and textures

This gorgeous custom wooden vanity fits perfectly with the aesthetic of the bathroom. With lots of storage underneath, more storage facing the vanity, and a wide counter, it’s the perfect place to get ready! To add a bit of visual interest and texture, the backsplash behind the mirror was extended to the ceiling. It’s a simple yet effective way to add dimension to your bathroom!

Small space transformation

A shower tub is a great way to have both amenities while taking up just a fraction of the space. It’s perfect for small bathrooms and gives you the chance to customize the finer details. This client opted for sleek black hardware to elevate the design, perfectly matching the black in the tiles. Between the subtle spots on the countertops and the diamond pattern on the floor, this small bathroom now has the contemporary look the client always wanted.
