Legend Boats | Dealership Renovation

Complete refitting of commercial buildings that housed a former independent boat dealership to convert them into a new branch for Legend Boats, a company based in Ontario.

The project involved the renovation of two garages of 4 and 5 respective doors and an exhibition hall. The work required demolition, a new galvanized steel exterior cladding, insulation of the ceilings, installation of glazed garage doors, preparation and painting of interior walls, painting of the roof and various electrical works. The interior design included the construction of a bathroom for the customers, the redesign of the facade, as well as an exterior sign.
