Forgues | Concrete Balcony and Terrace

Construction of a 6′ x 9′ balcony and a 35′ x 28′ concrete terrace replacing an outdated dark wood patio. Aluminum railings were also installed on the stairs. The allure of the backyard has been completely changed to make way for a much more spacious and functional terrace than the original patio. All the plants and shrubs that were present before the transformation were distributed through the redevelopment and new perennials were even added to make it perfectly harmonious.

The owners wanted a high-performance, durable and easy-to-clean flooring that would withstand the various weather conditions in our Canadian climate. They wanted to be able to enjoy their beautiful outdoor courtyard regularly to relax and entertain relatives and friends. After obtaining quotes at a similar cost for wood and concrete, their choice quickly made on the concrete which seemed most appropriate to meet their requirements.
