Small but mighty
As they purchased their new home, this client wanted to make sure every room fit the aesthetic they were going for. To ensure this happened, they decided to update the basement bathroom. With a small space and a big vision, they hired one of our Verified Contractors to get the job done.
The design called for a more modern look with high-quality finishes. This included replacing the floors with some ceramic tiles, updating the vanity and toilet, and building a luxurious walk-in shower. Once the bathroom renovation was done, this owner was able to move in and enjoy every nook and cranny of their new home.
There’s a place for everything
The goal of this bathroom renovation was to make the small space feel much larger than it is. To achieve this, the renovation team had to create a new floorplan, one that optimized the available square footage. While a large walk-in shower could have made the room feel cramped, the use of clear glass gives the illusion of spaciousness. The other elements were place on either side of it to balance out the room.
A picture perfect finish
When designing a small space, attention to detail is key! For this bathroom renovation, the owner wanted the best materials for the job. The Verified Contractor installed a brand-new, two-toned wooden vanity with matching storage cabinets for functionality and style. The same palette was used throughout the bathroom, giving the space a cohesive look. The beautiful glass shower blends perfectly with the décor and allows the eye to scan the room without interruption. Every design choice was well thought out and produced a small but gorgeous bathroom.
