Beautiful inside and out
Come visit this newly renovated multi-dwelling home in Montreal! Impacted by water dammage, the property needed two major areas of transformations: the kitchens and the exterior siding. The homeowner opted for a modern design both inside and outside of the building, elevating its appeal and functionality.
Considering the scope of this project, some heavy lifting was needed but nothing a team of qualified professionals couldn’t handle. Equipped with engineers, architects, and our very own Verified Contractor, the owner was able to upgrade their property with style.
From the two beautiful kitchens with their dark modern cabinets to the impressive wrap-around balconies with their sleek new windows, this renovation is sure to inspire.
A kitchen ready for a new adventure
Although these two kitchens may not have any appliances yet, it’s easy to imagine just how beautiful these spaces will be once occupied. We love the dark cabinets! They contrast the white subway tile backsplash perfectly, making the room feel grounded and balanced.
The stone tiles are another nice touch that adds character to the space. There is something about the marriage between wood and stone that just makes sense. From the floors to the cabinets, these modern kitchen units are ready for their new occupants.
A backyard everyone can enjoy
While renovating the exterior of the building, it was important to the owner that the outside was as livable and comfortable as the inside. A deck was the perfect answer! This outside area is now perfect for entertaining, grilling, or simply relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning during the summer months.
But if the ground floor has access to the deck, the two other units needed something to match. The large wrap-around balconies came to the rescue! To top it all off, new windows were installed on all three floors. Now all units have their own access to the outside, with ample room to move around and customize the space to their liking.
